Submit a Work Request

Any unusual occurrence, utility malfunction, or equipment failure that presents an imminent danger to life or health or the potential for major damage to property is an emergency and should be reported immediately to the Service Call desk at (843) 792-4119, 24 hours a day. Examples are: HVAC issues (too hot, too cold), electrical problems (lights out, no power), flooding, alarms, odors, stopped up commodes or drains, etc.

To submit a request for routine maintenance such as sticking doors, minor plumbing problems, replacing light bulbs or elective work such as changes to existing service for new equipment, please continue to our iService Desk.

Requests for keys may also be made through the iServiceDesk – click on “Key Request” on the left of the iServiceDesk page.
