F&A Rewards and Recognition Program - Employee Recognition Award

The Finance and Administration Employee Recognition award is a higher level award above the P.E.E.R. Postcard.  The award is intended to be more than a "thank you" note. The Employee Recognition award should only be given to employees who demonstrate excellence in one or more of the five Pillars of MUSC Excellence.  Nominations more suited for a "thank-you" will be forwarded to the Reward & Recognition Committee for processing as a PEER Postcard.

All F&A employees are eligible to nominate and or receive an Employee Recognition Award.  Nominations must meet the Pillars of Excellence Criteria.  Nominations may be submitted on-line, or by campus mail to:  Employee Recognition Program, MSC 815, Charleston, SC 29425

Deadlines -
At the end of each quarter March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 nominations submitted before the end of that quarter are considered for the Employee of the Quarter Award. The award winner is presented with the award at the next scheduled employee recognition event.
