Rewards and Recognition Program - Employee of the Year
Employee of the Year Award:
Just as the Employee of the Quarter Award selects winners from each of the division's three departments so does the Employee of the Year Award program. Selections of the "Employee of the Year" are made from the Employee of the Quarter award winners during the fiscal year.
Nomination information leading to the selection for Employee of the Quarter is used to evaluate each and select the annual award winner.
Selection Process: The Reward & Recognition Committee will collect, examine, and select the Employee of the Year Winner from candidates whose actions demonstrate the most significant impact in the areas of Service, People, Quality, Finance or Growth.
Award Recognition: The candidate selected by the Rewards & Recognition Committee for Employee of the Year will be forwarded to the Vice President for Finance and Administration and the Chiefs for confirmation. The Winner will be announced at the Annual Awards Celebration.
Annual award winners will receive the F&A Employee of the Year Plaque and a predetermined Employee Incentive/Bonus Award.
