Rewards and Recognition Program - Employee of the Year
The Employee of the Year Award Program recognizes the individual who made significant contributions for their department. The winner is selected from the Employee of the Quarter winners awarded during the fiscal year. The F&A Rewards and Recognition Committee carefully evaluates each nomination and the annual award winner is chosen by majority vote.
F&A Division staff are eligible to receive this award twice. after which they will be honored in the Rewards & Recognition “Hall of Fame”.
The Reward & Recognition Committee will collect, examine, and select the Employee of the Year Winner from candidates whose actions demonstrate the most significant impact in the areas of Service, People, Quality, Finance or Growth. Award Recognition: The candidate selected by the Rewards & Recognition Committee for Employee of the Year will be forwarded to the Vice Executive President for Finance and Operations and the Chiefs for confirmation. The winner will be announced at the Finance and Administration Division’s Annual Awards Celebration; held annually on the third Wednesday of August (Unless a scheduling conflict exists). Annual award winners will receive the F&A Employee of the Year Plaque and a predetermined Employee Incentive/Bonus Award.
