The Pillar of Excellence Award recognizes Leadership achievement in organizational objectives related to the 5 Pillars of Excellence. The Rewards & Recognition Committee accepts nominations for outstanding leaders within the F&A division for outstanding contributions related to the Pillars of Service and Development. The Five Pillars include a great number of actions required by organizational leaders to make culture better for employees. Hence, nominations may include outcome leaders have taken in the course of normal duties consistent with MUSC Excellence goals and objectives. | Submit a Nomination for the Leadership Award
