The payroll department does not tell the banks what time to post the money, only the date (the day of the actual payday). Some banks post early and some post later in the day. If you have your check stub and it indicates the money was sent to the bank, call the bank and ask to speak to the ACH Customer Service Representative. The funds are typically there but have not been posted.
