About Us
MUSC Equipment Inventory & Surplus is a part of MUSC Finance and reports to the Controller. We have three main functional areas: Accounting and Inventory Control, Capital Projects and Surplus Equipment Services.

Mission
Our mission is to provide financial and technical expertise to support the mission and strategic goals of the Finance Division and the Medical University of South Carolina.

This is accomplished through our commitment to

Maintaining accounting records and secure control of University property;
Providing continuous customer/client satisfaction and service;
Emphasizing continuous quality improvement through staff training, teamwork, and cooperation.
