PCard Application Process

The first step in the application process is understanding how to use the PCard. Applicants must attend training and pass the on-line PCard Test before a PCard will be issued to them.

Training classes last approximately one hour and are held monthly. To register for PCard training, visit the CFO Training Calendar.  A link to the training calendar can be found on the PCard web page or in the left menu of any Finance page under the “Finance Training” link.

Once you have completed the training requirement and passed the on-line test, the next step is to complete the cardholder application, obtain the necessary signatures and send the completed form to the PCard Program Coordinator. 

The PCard Program Coordinator will review the application for completeness and then order your PCard.

The PCard Program Coordinator will notify you when your card has been received and schedule a time for you to come by to sign the Cardholder Agreement and pick-up your PCard.
