PCard Application Process
The first step in the application process is understanding how to use the PCard. Applicants must attend training and pass the on-line PCard Test before a PCard will be issued to them.
Training classes last approximately one hour and are held monthly. To register for PCard training, visit MyQuest.
The PCard Program Coordinator will review the application for completeness and then order your PCard.
The PCard Program Coordinator will notify you when your card has been received and schedule a time for you to come by to sign the Cardholder Agreement and pick-up your PCard.
