P Card - Test Overview

You must pass the Purchasing Card Examination with a score of 75 or higher in order to obtain a Purchasing Card. 

Please read the P-Card Manual and the tip sheets entitled "What you can buy" and "What you cannot buy" before you take the test.

The success of the P-Card Program depends on card-holders using the card appropriately.  The priviliege of using the P-Card is based on trust.  Card-holders are required to be familiar with MUSC and SC State policies and requlations pretaining to the expenditure of funds.
