The information systems and online resources listed below are available to authorized users. Security access is granted by application and approval processes established in each system. Contact us if you have any questions or need assistance.
	HERMIT (Payroll System) This web-based program enables authorized users to view and modify employee payroll information. Use of this system is limited to Payroll and HRM staff. Create a user account
	IWR (Impromptu Web Reporting) This web-based program generates human resources and payroll related reports. Access to these reports is limited to business managers and members of management. Request access to IWR.
	KRONOS (Time and Attendance System) This web-based timekeeping system collects time for employees from a number of clocks campus wide. The sytem also collects time through direct web-based entry. Request access to KRONOS.
	SmartStream (University Financial System) The SmartStream system enables users to access financial transactions, reports, and other information such as invoices, receivers, journal entries, etc. Users can also enter some data directly into SmartStream, such as purchase requisitions, receivers, and IITs.
