All users of the system are required to execute a Employee Confidentiality Agreement as part of their request for security access. Any violation of this agreement may subject the user to disciplinary action. All requests for security access must be approved by the user's department head or supervisor. Final approval on any access request is at the discretion of the Security Administrator or the Director of Systems and Procedures.
