Finance offers training and support to our customers through several methods. We offer online interactive training, reference manuals, policies and procedures and instructor lead classes.

TRAINING FOR MUSC MARKETPLACE USERS AVAILABLE NOW!

Marketplace training is designed for users that are responsible for making purchases for their department. This includes P-card users, Lab assistants, administrative and business personnel. An Approved Security Request must be submitted PRIOR to attending training.

Accounting 101 This course is designed to introduce administrators to "need to know" information for doing business with University Finance departments as well as basic accounting information. Course registration is handled by University HRM.	Accounting 101 Schedule	Registration Link
Grants & Contracts Accounting GCA offers customized training, video workshops and reference information. They also participate in the "Accounting 101" training course.	GCA Training & Reference Information
SmartStream Training and Support Systems and Procedures offers customer support and training. They have online training as well as user manuals and tips for SmartStream users. MUSC MarketPlace Training Marketplace training is designed for users that are responsible for making purchases for their department. This includes P-card users, Lab assistants, administrative and business personnel. Available training includes online 'snipits', user manual, and instructor led training. PCard Training Purchasing offers instructor led training on the use of the PCard. Users of the University Purchasing Card are required to attend training and pass a test before they receive their card. Training is held monthly and registration is required.	Training Calendar and Registration Link
