Employee Relations

Our office focuses on a variety of issues surrounding the work environment and relationships within the work environment among coworkers, supervisors, and managers. We are committed to providing the tools and education that contribute to creating an effective, harmonious workplace. Our services include:

Conflict ResolutionAssistance with resolving conflicts in matters relating to employee relations and Human Resources Policies.
Employee Assistance Program (Requires Net ID)Provide referrals to the MUHA Employee Assistance Program - a free service assisting employees and their families, when necessary.
Discipline/PerformanceProvide independent consulting to employees and/or supervisors to resolve work-related relationship and communication issues that may relate to discipline and/or performance issues.
Success on the JobHelping to create a positive environment where success is achievable.
Career Development and TrainingFacilitate customized training on employee relations topics to departments and groups.
Increasing Employee RetentionLearn how to retain your best employees.
Rewards and RecognitionReward Employees for a job well done.
