Guest Parking Services

The Office of Parking Management offers a guest parking program for departments which plan special events such as fund raisers, seminars, workshops, research study programs or meetings for non MUSC/MUHA attendees or MUSC/MUHA attendees who come from other locations.

To request guest parking for one of the special events listed above, please complete the guest parking request form and fax it to our guest parking coordinator, Angie Brown at 792-6195, or you can email it to her at broan@musc.edu.  She will process your request in the order received and confirm the details with you. 

Request for Guest Parking Services
  

• Requests should be submitted 48 hours prior to event or activity. Requests received less than 48 hours prior to event may be difficult to schedule.
• All Guest Parking Requests are subject to parking fees as established by the Board of Trustees.
• Event parking can be scheduled for employee or patient/visitor locations.
• Payment is due at time of confirmation.
• Requesting department is responsible for fees incurred.
• The major determinants of parking location are availability of space and the requesting department’s preference.
