Business Continuity

Business Continuity Management is a comprehensive management process that identifies potential impacts that may threaten an organization and provides a framework for building resilience to these threats.  The end result is an effective response that safeguards the interests of it stakeholders, reputation, and value creating activities.  With the proper plan, a business is able to continue to manage its operations under adverse conditions.  Here at MUSC, we take this very seriously and offer web-based uniform, departmental business continuity plans.  Our plans are updated periodically and the office of Insurance Programs is able to assist any department with their plan.  If you have already created your business continuity plan, you may access our business continuity software, MUSC's Sustainable Planner at http://adlib.musc.edu/signon.aspx to access or update your departmental plan.  If you do not have a plan and would like more information, please contact Stacy Haney at 792-3467 or haneys@musc.edu
