Office of Insurance Programs - Data Processing Coverage Summary
The Data Processing policy covers workstations, printers, copiers, network equipment, scanners, software, and any other computer-related equipment. The claim process is the same for this policy as for the Building and Property policy. The deductible for this policy is $1,000. Therefore, if a loss occurs and it is less than $1,000, it is not covered through the Data Processing policy. If total losses from a claim are over the deductible amount and we receive reimbursement from our insurance provider, we will transfer the funds, minus the $1,000 deductible, to the department's UDAK. |
