Support and Contract Services - Vending

If you lost money, the product is stale, you want a refund or maybe there is mechanical problem with the vending machine, you should call the appropriate number posted on the machine. 

Each Coastal Vending machine has an identification sticker that provides contact points and telephone numbers incase of lost money or mechanical problems.  If you experience the loss of money or product, please notify Coastal Food Vending Services directly at 1-800-823-1446.  If there is a mechanical or electrical problem with a Coastal vending machine please call 1- 800 823-1446 for immediate service.   If you are unsuccessful in resolving your problem then contact Roy Dingle, Support & Contract Services Office at  792-9787 or email dingler@musc.edu

For Drink Machines (COCA COLA ONLY) 
To report mechanical problems with Coca Cola Machines obtain the "asset number" (SERIAL NUMBER )from the left side of the machine, then call 1-800-309-2653.  Do not be alarmed that the customer service representative may ask questions about the machine, simply provide the information that is available to you .  For Coca Cola Refunds call 740-5536 between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.  If you have unresolved problems contact Roy Dingle, Support & Contract Services Office at  792-9787 or email dingler@musc.edu
