We are responsible for University planning associated with the physical development of the campus. We provide leadership for the development and implementation of the University's physical master plan and coordinate feasibility/planning studies concerning the potential development of specific projects.
University Planning
Manages all University and Hospital Authority leased properties.
Maintains the MUSC space database (tracks University and Hospital Authority space).
Conducts the annual space inventory.
Represents MUSC as liaison with various agencies of State Government (Budget and Control Board, Joint Bond Review Committee and Commission on Higher Education) in securing required approvals on matters concerning new construction, major renovations and real estate acquisition processes.
