Pre-registration Deadline: March 20. No pre-registrations will be accepted after March 20, 2009. After March 20, call the MUSC Office of CME (1-843-876-1925) to see if space is still available. If space is still available, you must register at the conference.

Cancellation: Refund, less $75 prior to February 22, 2009. No refunds after February 22,2009. All cancellations must be in writing.

For anyone wishing to stay and attend the 19th Annual Charleston Pulmonary and Critical Care Symposium, a $75.00 discount will be offered for anyone registering for both conferences. You will need to register separately for the 19th Annual Charleston Pulmonary and Critical Care Symposium to be held over the dates of March 27-29, 2009.
