Dear Conference Attendees, It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 5th International World Association of Sarcoidosis and Other Granulomatous Disease (WASOG) Conference on Diffuse Lung Diseases. We have been fortunate to assemble a prestigious international group of experts concerning diffuse lung diseases including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, collagen vascular disease associated interstitial lung disease, pulmonary vasculitis syndromes, pulmonary hypertension, and granulomatous pulmonary diseases. This conference is being administrated by the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). We believe that you will enjoy the setting of this conference at the Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms. The resort has facilities for golf, tennis, cycling, as well as pleasant walks along the beach. Transportation is available to and from the airport as well as to historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
