Women Scholars Initiative

MUSC's success in research, teaching, and clinical care is strengthened by promoting a diverse and outstanding faculty.  The purpose of MUSC's Women Scholars Initiative (WSI) is to achieve this diversity through a proactive focus on gender equity in the recruitment, retention, and advancement (i.e., rank, tenure, and leadership) for women faculty across all missions of the university.
